Dear Mark, Jay and others, thank you for being so helpful, quick and charming to deal with. What could have been a stressful time, after all it is not easy to have to accept that I need a stairlift at the ripe old age of 43, was made so much easier by your professionalism, help, understanding and gentle humour. Mark, thank you for being so helpful and considerate. My mother did not want to buy a stairlift, but to rent one, and although this was not your normal practice you were very willing to let her rent one. Since having my stairlift fitted on Tuesday it has already made a huge difference to me. From the my first phone enquiry to installation and follow-up courtesy call......very professional and friendly, patient, and safety conscious to my personal needs!!!
On 3rd December 2010 I received a phone call from Mark, the sales guy, to tell me that the lads would be approx 10 minutes late arriving, to install my stairlift.....true to their word, they arrived 10 minutes late! The reason being,that the weather conditions were atrocious.....many parts of this country were at a standstill due to heavy snow, very icy, and temperatures of -16 degrees in some areas causing even major roads and motorways very challenging and awash with abandoned cars and even lorries!
It was -8 degrees in our little village that day, and the three guys had passed many abandoned vehicles on their long and hazardous journey to me.
I never expected my lift to be fitted that day.....but it was!!!
All work was carried out professionaly and efficiently (we all had a few laughs too), the minimum of mess was made, and thorougly hoovered and cleaned up by one of the young lads, James!
Although the stairlift is extremely easy to use, the guys made sure that I felt comfortable and confident using it (again we had a few laughs).....but I was made to feel like a "person", not a statistic!
I cannot praise this company enough, and would certainly recommend them!!!

After struggling with the stairs for months due to my MS, I contacted Stairlift Mobility Ltd, who arranged for Mark Bruce to come round to discuss my problems. The installation was completed the following day and caused no
disruption to the decor etc. The operatives were very helpful and tidy and

I really want to say a heartfelt thanks to you all. I called you on Monday after searching for a reputable company and you arranged to come all the way to South Wales the next day and explained all the features of different models based on my personal needs. I chose the lift I wanted which was a reconditioned Stannah Sofia and your guys called the next morning to install it for me. You wanted no money until the job was complete and I had been shown how to use it and was fully happy with it .
The guys left my home clean and even hoovered up after themselves. They were polite and patient while demonstrating my lift, which is fantastic. It is nice to deal with a family run company who really believe in and care for the product.
I now feel safe in my home as I suffer with fits which have no advance warning, so the staircase is now a safe area . THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH .

He sorted out and installed one for our needs within days, not only that the installer James were very clean and tidy, it was a pleasure to watch real people doing real work and know exactly what they were doing, I have seen other firms doing the same thing but making a mess of it (in a previous house we had.)
