3 TEST SAFETY CUT OUT AND OVER SPEED GOVERNOR IF APPLICABLE

4 TEST AND ADJUST SWIVEL LOCK MECHANISM

5 TEST AND SECURE ALL FIXINGS

6 TEST WIRING FOR INSULATION AND CONTINUITY

7 DISCHARGE TEST ON ALL DC BATTERY LIFTS AND TEST CHARGE VOLTAGE

8 CHECK WELDS AND PHYSICAL STRUCTURE OF LIFT

9 MAINS DRIVEN LIFTS WILL BE TESTED FOR INSULATION AND CONTINUITY OF ALL CABLES AND RCD FOR SPEED OF TRIP IN EVENT OF FAILURE.
